To get Employee Provident Fund?

hi i m nick. I had been working in a callcenter (gurgoan)HR since last two years but as i was about to complete my two years with the same company.I'd been terminated from that company due to some reason (non-informed leaves policy). Now i want to get my PF of last two years but dont want to go to that company again. and tha same company creats a lot of trouble in getting PF like incomplete information, wrong signature of employer, and dont pass the from to Pf department. Is there any other way to get my PF directly to PF office without being in touch with that company again.plz suggest me. i'll be so thankful to you.
