  1. No....To sell or manage real estate not owned by you, you must be 18 years of age, have completed high school or have a GED Diploma. You must complete a real estate course by an accredited real estate school, or have a College degree in Real Estate. And be licensed by your local Real Estate Commission. PS all Attorneys may practice Real Estate.
