  1. You could try at limozu.  I found that they also did offer in civi..... too. Compare all service in one place. Give it a try!

  2. Actually I did this last summer. I stayed in a hotel selected by the cruise line where I stayed for about 2 nights. We took one day to explore Rome, and another we took an excursion to the Vatican sponsored by the cruise line. We did this because it took us directly to Civitavecchia after the tour of Vatican City. We had no problems. Hope all goes well!

  3. I did this last year.  We stayed in the Spanish Steps area and arranged tours with the website below.  The owner, Carlo Papini, was wonderful.  Arranged our transfer to the ship, quoted it in US dollars, took a check, and called the day before to confirm the arrangements!  He was recommended to me and I pass this on to you.  I also researched alot using some tour books & website.  Most hotels in Rome will offer free pick-up from FCO.  We used the On-and Off Bus in Rome to start the preliminary overview.  Got off at the coliseum, back on, off at the Termini for sodas, etc.  Email Carlo for some suggestions.  Tell him "Hi".
