Question:

To get upper body strength...?

I have no upper body strength whatsoever.

I can't do push up or pull up on a bar.

I was wondering if there were any ways I could get upper body strength.

But I don't have weights.

Please help?

  1. Try doing pushups resting on your knees. Do as many as you can and then add more each workout until you can do four sets of fifteen. At that point, progress to regular pushups. You might only be bale to do a couple at that point, but thats fine. Strength building is about steady progression and proper eating.

    For the pullups, have someone grab your hips and give you a small boost (you lower yourself down unassisted). Same rules as above.
