I'm a high school student enrolling in a programmed called 'Business at School' under individualised study options. My team have just initiated the brainstorming process for a decent idea to build business plan on. The problem is that, my teammates care too much about the profitability of the ideas, therefore they turn out to favour such ideas as stationery manufacturing. I introduced a unique idea, but it seemed to be so strange to them that they dismissed it at first sight.
I tried my best to get my ideas across to them, but they do not have enough knowledge about all the technical stuff involved in my idea. From previous years' experience, I know that only unique ideas can win. With such ordinary ideas like stationery manufacturing, they may make reasonable profit but won't not win over other teams in the end. And the most important point is that, every plan is just on paper (except the winning one, it will be funded to develop into a real business). My idea is called the 'Music Box
