  1. go to this website and you will get your answer. You can even plot stops along the way.

  2. It would be helpful if you said where you were leaving from :)

  3. By which ever method you prefer cross the channel to Calais from where you should take the A16 towards Paris after about 60 miles on the A16 take A28 junction towards Le Havre and Rouen, a further 65 miles should see you there. Bon voyage.

  4. I'd go to southampton, take the ferry to Le Havre... and then go straight to Rouen as it is a pretty straight forward way to go there and Le Havre is close to Rouen, both in Normandy.

    Hope that helped

  5. Your best way is by Speedferries from Dover to Boulogne and then there is a superb Motorway straight to Rouen.  Dead easy!!

Book ASAP with Speedferries because they are always busy but the cheap price reflects that.

  6. In Rouen you have some interesting thing to visit : museum of Jeanne d'Arc and to see a big typical clock in the center.

But from where do you come ?

If you arrive from england, you can visit at Caen the peace memorial.

  7. Where are you at?

    That  would help with directions.

    Definitely affect your stress level.

I would goggle. HMMMMMMMMMMM wonder if map quest would help.

I get lost bad anywhere lol good luck and you are very brave.

    Have a great adventure..............lol

    lol

  8. Here's a great source for online maps and turn-by-turn directions on Europe's roads:

  9. You didn't say what your point of origin is... Rouen is about 1.5 hours from Paris.  I would suggest you use Google Earth - it will give you very good directions, and you can even see the route (it has a useful feature where it shows you where you're going...it's like flying over the road you would be traveling.  If you do the Paris to Rouen trip on Google Earth you will see that it is autoroute (highway) for most of the way.

I would not worry too much because there are many services along most roads in France.
