im not a girl, but something that should help is to take it slow and just say its ur first time and he should respect that. my first time we went slow and it was fine. it was her first time too.

I don't ever remember it being painful; It was "different" & a little uncomfortable, & I couldn't understand what all the hype was about in regards to everyone saying that it was the most beautiful experience, etc. To be honest, it was awkward, & as I said, uncomfortable, but it didn't all-out hurt.  I'm not even sure the guy knew what he was doing, either. It just wasn't the romantic experience it was made out to me.

I understood the beautiful part of s*x much later. Seemed I had to get the mechanics of it all figured out first, & was able to relax a bit.

Just make sure it's something you want, not what he wants, or what you're expected to do. You'll be able to relax a whole lot more when that time comes.

Depends on how old you are, both. My first time was very painful, but we were too young (I thought I was old enough and a big shot back then at 13.. yeah right), and he went in way too quickly and too deep, it hurt like h**l.

The best thing you can do is to talk it through with your partner before hand. Let him know that it's your first time, and if it is his first time too, ask him to go slowly. There really is no rush whatsoever, take your time, make sure you are well lubricated first.

Ibuprofen right before or immediately after helps.  Also, make sure she is really wet and aroused or have some lubricant around and make it really wet so it just slides in. Above all, make sure you're gentle UNTIL SHE SAYS you can be rough, otherwise you'll cause more pain.

There is nothing that can be done. What happens when a woman has s*x for the first time, a piece of skin across the v****a tears. Use a lot of lubricant. It won't matter that much but at least she'll be really wet. It feels like someone tearing the skin on your most sesitive area in half.

If the girl has used tampons before it isn't as bad... but yes it is uncomfortable... not much you can do beforehand. Afterwards, some Advil to help reduce swelling and cramping.
