I eat mostly morning star products and cereal (cornflakes, cheerios). I don't eat surgar, only slenda and drink fat free/ low fat milk. I count calories endlessly but my biggest diet problem is that the house will literally get empty every week. (nothing in the frig at all) I'm 19, female, 5'7" 120-125 lbs and i have a fat tummy. What can i do if the frig goes empty and i'm on a diet?

  1. Uhm, heyy.

You answered my one question about losing 15lbs in 10 days and you said to go on a fruit diet.

I was wondering about how much fruit or how many calories you ate a day on the fruit diet?

Also, did you keep it off and how much did you lose in the 9 days?

Would you email me the answers at t0xic.l0v3@yahoo.com?

    Thankss :]

  2. Check out the "Vegetarian Weight Loss" section of the site below.  That may give you some ideas other things to add to your diet.  By the way, you may not be happy with your stomach, but your weight and height aren't out of whack.  Exercise may be your best best...the website has a lot of really good info. that can help.  As for the empty fridge, can't you just hold back some of the grocery budget and shop again mid-week?  Good luck!

  3. low- carb Diet and Atkins Shakes and Bars. My Sister was doing the same thing that you were doing and she didn't get that many good results. But once she started exercising and Eating Atkins Shakes, Bars and Lo- Carb foods like Egg beaters for breakfast, salad for lunch and No bread ever. Me and Her definitely saw results within a week. Mostly she lost weight in her face. So I recommend Atkins Diets.

    Hope it Helps

  4. don't eat anything processed! it is very bad for you! splenda is worse than real sugar. i would recomend reading the Skinny *****. it is really helpful and for vegatarians

  5. do 50-100 crunches a day, and don't change your diet, if you start to get abs and dont want them then lower it to 25 crunches. crunches are better than sit ups because your curl your abs not your waist.

  6. Keeping a food journal really does help.  It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

Make a few small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days.  Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer.

Start a weight lifting routine. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low fat cheese, natural peanut butter. Stock up on dried fruit and nuts, pita pockets, hummus, yogurt.  Drink plenty of water. You will begin to see changes in your body.
