HDMI would be the best option if it is available to you if not the best idea would be to go to IKEA and buy there cable wraps. It is a corrugated tube with a slit in it. You put your cables in the tube and close it with zip ties It is clean and hides all those ugly cables.

buy some zip ties and run them all together  tieing them every 8 inces or so. for the longer cables wind in a small circle at the end of where they are running and tie the circle as well. you can also use some masking tape to label them.
