write to the company that got u the labour visa and request them to cancel it. u cant do anything more than that. and, by the way, your english is fantastic. do tell me from where u learnt it.????

To me it sounds that you just received your work permit and now changed your mind. If this is the case, the company is right to refuse the cancellation. Do you know how much they just paid for you?

In case you kept terms and conditions regarding your work contract, there is no reason not to cancel your visa. In this case file a complain with the Labour Department.
