  1. try this pills http://h-oodia.com/?petromir they are not the regular ones that doesn't work completely 100% safe and can actually give you the desired result

  2. It's hard to say - it depends entirelly on you.

I wouldn't worry about losing weight though, you weigh about the same as I do, and you're my height... just so you know, we're wonderful :-p

maybe just tone up. Toning up could mean a change in dress size, but even if it doesn't, you'll feel a lot better about yourself.

    Good luck.

  3. why in the world would u want to b any slimmer than that it jst gets unattractive

  4. You're within the weight band of a small framed person who is 5' 3.5".  Size 10 is what I wear and I believe that's and elegant size.

Therefore based on your height, you could be considered as being underweight.

  5. I don't think you need to change your size at all sounds perfect!

If you just need to tone up then more muscle based exercises will be better than cardio, so try some yoga or pilates, sit ups, lifting weights, etc. Consult the web/manufacturer of equipment for safety guidelines.

If you are desperate to lose a little weight do it slowly and sensibly 2-3lbs a week, by sensible eating and cardio exercise, jogging and swimming are great body workouts, or could try a class such as body attack or boxercise at your local gym.

In my opinion you sound very slim so please think about your reasons for losing weight before you do. If its for someone elses benefit then do not do it x

  6. Sounds like you're the right weight for how tall you are.  However, if you want to loose a few pounds fast, try eating really low carb for a couple of weeks, you'll be amazed.
