  1. Im sure the results show.

Remember you still need energy in your body and you cannot burn it all.

I guess its okay if you are not hurting.

Maybe tone down on a couple of days.

  2. at such a young age i think its too much...dance,learn martial arts & play sports

  3. too much working out at a young age can stunt your growth, you are potentially risking losing some inches of height. since you're so young i would suggest keeping the weight light (50 pounds is already pretty light.. so stick with that) do high reps low sets, i would suggest repping the weight 20 times for four sets.

and just fyi, the bench pressing isint giving you a six pack, flat bench pressing only targets your mid-level chest muscles.

Edit*** If you do the same exercises over and over, you're body will "get used to it" and it will no longer be effective. Trying switching it up and doing some incline or decline bench pressing to work the upper and lower pectoral muscles.

  4. ok... you've been doing bench presses 90 minutes a day for 2 whole months and you have the sickest 6 pack in school?

Good for you, but I doubt the six pack has anything to do with the bench pressing. Bench pressing is primarily a pectoral and tricep dominant exercise. Sure, abs are involved, but they're only secondarily recruited. They're not the primary muscle worked, obviously.

90 mins of exercise a day is NOT excessive. But 90 minutes of bench pressing everyday is CRAZY. You're going to end up with a real freaky look where you're completely top heavy and unbalanced. You need to do more upper body pulling exercises. There's too much pushing. You're only working your anterior chain muscles. You need to balance out with pull ups/chin ups and rows.

Don't just push. Pull. You'll hurt yourself with the muscle imbalances. Start right. You're still very young.
