I cant do anything. I have no idea how i'm going to get myself out the front door on the first day of school.

  1. You're stressing yourself out way too much.

Relax. You aren't the only one that's gonna go to a completely new school.

  2. Do pranayama,it helps with nerves. If yes nervous,DO NOT go to the school till otherwise, nerves are more important, they say nervous cells are the only in the body that do not recover or regenerate,if they die(this from nervous situations mainly),You stay with less till the end of Your life. They only decrease in number but donot increase.Decrease means You are less human and more animal like

  3. Sounds like a touch of social anxiety, which can be mild to crippling.

I can see why you'd be scared and nervous, but you should be fine.  The isolation thing is more worrisome, since it's a sign of more pronounced anxiety.  Talk to your parents, and hopefully you can relax a bit more and get help  if you need it.

  4. Being nervous is pretty fine, one the first day, just be nice to everyone, and smile :)

try joining some extra activities, such as sports, or clubs, they really help in the making of new friends.

in a few weeks everything will be good and you'll have a bunch of new friends :)

    good luck !
