To people who are higher levels (eg. level 3 or 5 etc.) Please answer!?

How long did it take to become higher levels? I'm only level 1 and I'm so bored because I can't answer questions because I maxed out! Is there like a cheat or something to get more points? Did it take a really long time? HELP!

on yahoo, you can be obnoxious, nieve, smart almost what ever but you cant cheat, just do the time

I used to get frustrated when I hit my limit....I just answered what I could til I got to higher level.  Then I got bored with it....then I came back....then I got bored....now here I am again lol.

Everyone of us that answers this question has a profile that you can access. Just click on my avatar and it will tell you. I'm very close to moving up to level 6 and there has been no cheating or cutting corners on my part. I have my favorite categories and those are the ones I stick to. After awhile your answers become chosen as best answer more often. You can also get extra points for voting with thumbs up on answers you like but only after you move past level 1. It's only 250 points to get to level 2 and then things start to change because you can vote more and answer more questions every day. I think I knocked off level 1 in less than a week so just keep going and stop asking questions for now. Every one of these is costing you 5 points.

It took me about 6 months to get to level 7. When I answered questions, I tried to answer the type of questions which took some thought or some searching on the web instead of the questions which are like "what do you think about this celeb?" and already have 25 answers. After I reached my daily limit, I voted, and posted comments until I reached my daily limit.

i just kept on answering questions. It didn't take me that long to get my points.
