  1. Anyone can serve kosher food. It's whats in it that counts, not who does the serving!


  2. No, you just need to know specifically what's kosher and what isn't in order to cook it properly. Don't mix milk and meat together and use separate pans for it too. I believe it's hillel food that Muslims eat that you need special training or so to speak. If the person is Jewish then they should ask you specifically how to cook it and most times they tell the waiters how to prepare it which isn't tedious or anything, so you really don't have to learn unless you're starting a Kosher restaurant.
