To set up manufacturing unit in Himachal Pradesh, India.?

We intend to set up manufacturing unit for FMCG products in Himachal Pradesh of India due to Government incentive schemes.

We would like to know which area of the state is the best.What about labour problems and over all prospects in Himachal Pradesh?

Its a great opportunity. The excise incentives, saletax, income tax are already bringing lot of industires in HP. I prefer Baddi for its industrialisation and alot of major pharmaceuticals and FMCG companies there. It is well connected by road and no big labour issues there.
