To ship a FedEx pkg from home, do I need an Account?

I need FedEx to pick up a package from my home to ship. Do I need an account? I'm trying to set this up online and they ask for an account.

The package is too heavy for me to take there, but not too heavy to ship. I'm returning a package delivered to me the other day.

call 1-800-GOFEDEX they can set up a pick up for you!

If you have to pay for the return shipping costs then yes you need to have an account.

If the company you purchased the item from sent a return label inside the box then you do not have to have an account. In this case you would have to call their 800 number to set up a time for pick up.
