  3. If you got enough time why not? Or power nap if you only have a little. SLeeping in periods of 20 minutes gives you energy, but if youre the type of person that gets sleepier then don't, but seriously try the power nap, 3 times for 20 minutes each time.! it works!

  4. They say that if you know you will get less than four hours of sleep, then its better to stay awake. Otherwise you will be even more tired when you wake up.
