To start a school in Chennai?

I want to start a school in Chennai with good quality education. Initially just the nursery school. What is the procedure/ Govt Policy / Permission(s)...etc?

Your school must be recognised by the Government of Tamilnadu. You please approach DPI which is situated on college road, Nungambakkam Chennai-34
