Listen there was this group of kids who i hung out with in drivers ed. We all got along pretty well and we hung out durring that. However now that drivers ed is over they seem to want nothing to do with me. I'm done trying to be friends with them, and I've grown under the mind set "if you dont want to associate yourself with me than we have no business" I was wondering whether I should slam the metaphoric door shut to allow them to know the distress they have caused me, or to sneak out quietly.

  1. Friendship should make you happy not distress so, try to make another. Do not push yourself to do or accept something you do not like. All the best.

  2. i think that you should just sneak out quietly. i mean if they want nothing to do with you than they wont feel sorry for the distress they caused you. im sorry that your sad but you can make other friends, better ones im sure i hope i helped

  3. I wouldn't do either. I would refocus your anger/distress into something positive. Building up relationships & then them falling apart happens throughout life - less often with maturity, and we all learn so much about ourselves & others when it does.

Refocus and move on is my advice. Steamroll yourself to where you want to be in life. Best wishes. UK
