To the kids who burnt ants with magnifying glasses when they were little, a question?

Do you feel as if this behaviour has been emulated in some way as you grew older, and stopped picking on insects?

p.s; if you moved onto humans, i suggest you kill yourself.

I actually loved doing that when I was a little kid! Back then, I think it was more curiosity than cruelty that spurred me on; I thought ants and other bugs couldn't feel anything and weren't really animals. I stopped when I was older and learned otherwise, but I moved onto melting Barbie  dolls the same way on my driveway...

And dead plants. And pieces of paper. And my toe (though that didn't work).

Now, I'm fascinated with candles, fireplaces, campfires, and generally anything melting or burning, but I'm horrified when any fire does harm to people or animals. Could I be a pyromaniac? ;D

its just kids being kids let them do that we keep taking away kid being kids and we will have a bunch of stick figures walking around or maybe that's what the government wants.
