  1. i was kind of dissapointed by it...like i thought bella and edward werent themselves AT ALL! plus there wasnt really any action. dont get me wrong, i did like the ending, but i kind of wanted them to fight. that wouldve made things reallyy interesting! and yeah i thought that it was really long and kind of filled with nothing. i hated bella and her baby during her pregnancy but i loved renesme otherwise (besides her name lol i just couldnt get used to it)

but otherwise i liked it! not her best book but its still twilight lol

  2. I loved it. It was very well written and everything that happened made sense. At the end i probably would've made it a fight scene and probably would've killed Carlisle and some other people, but I am happy with what Stephanie Meyer did. It was an awesome book and I am very happy with it, although I am so not happy that it's all over. GO TEAM EDWARD! :D

  3. Personally I think a lot of stuff was crammed into one novel. Plus it totally sucks that Stephanie stopped writing the saga. Um if I could change it I would make it so that Nessie did not exsist cause after she was born it was just like it put a damper on things, Edward and Bella weren't as exciting. And I would make it so there'd be another book and Bella became a vampire in that one and Jacob found someone else. So ya, it was ok but i'm bummed it's over.

  4. I just started it today so i havnt gotton far it but i know some of it is in jacob's point of view which i dont like; it was like that in the last chapter in eclipse which i didnt enjoy. I like it when its bella's point of view much more.

  5. It was boring as h**l.  It was completely anti-climactic.  All the vampires were gathered for a possible fight with the volturie..... and nothing happened.... they talked their way out of it.   There was absolutely no action in the entire book.  Just long drawn out  and boring drama.  The part in jacobs point of view was some what interesting because he made me laugh like twice.  Yet he just ran his mouth and kept saying he was gonna fight, yet nothing happened.  Edward and Bella were even more boring than usual in this book.  Edward was just down right pathetic.  MAybe if they would have overthrown the volturi, the book might have been saved. I kept reading thinking 'it looks like someone's just about to fight' or 'its really gonna start getting good'..... yet every time i was just bored to death.  There was no action, lame drama, and a too perfect ending.  Ms. Meyers is too afraid to kill off her characters which makes her book very predictable.  The only thing that breaking dawn was better at than the other books was that bella didnt spend 2 paragraphs every page describing edwards sexyness.

edit:  oh yeah and the baby had no personality even though everyone seemed to fall in love with her and blah blah blah.

  6. I think everything was perfect except....

Jacob imprinting on Renesmee. That really irritated me while I was reading it, and whenever I'd read Jacob holding the baby or looking at her or doing something that involved her, I would literally curse at the book.

Not only does it feel pedofile-ish, I also really liked Jacob in the beginning. I know it would've been horrible if he continued on with his feelings for Bella, but why didn't he even consider Leah as a mate? That's something I would've changed, for Bella and Jacob's sake.

I also was expecting and hoping for a huge fight between them and the Volturi, but that's the least of my worries. At least the story had a happy ending, and nobody had to die (except Irina).

But at the same time, I wish the story didn't end there. I kinda wanted to see more of Bella as a vampire, and how Renesmee grew up. And how she handled Charlie and Renee, like with Bella faking her death and all. Also, they have to move, but where are they moving too? So many unanswered questions. She says it's the last book in the series... I'm hoping she's a liar!! =D

  7. i didn't like how it went from Bella's point of view to jacobs back to Bella's it confused me because when it was jacobs turn i thought it was bella not jacob but other than that i liked it. i also didn't like that jacob inprinted on renesmee that bothered me but i knew it was coming i had that feeling before it come out. i hat that its over i feel that there should be more to the story. and cant wait for midnight sun!!

  8. I really liked the book, it was my favorite of the saga.... I really like how the events tied everything together with a happily ever after like no other happily ever after. Stephenie Meyers isn't exactly predictable, I could not see a lot of it coming and I loved how it turned out. Edward and Bella were able to be together, Jake could be with them, and they had a little precious gift to tie them all together (Renesmee) and I couldn't have asked for a better ending than that, really. If she were to change anything, i think it would have to be how Bella adjusts to her vampirism... if just seems like clumsy bella should take longer to get used to the idea of being graceful... overall, really really really good book though... :D

  9. its stephanie meyers book i wouldn't change anything about it to me it wasn't the greatest but it was ok

  10. great!

  11. It was awful. The story didn't flow, it was plotless. I had to force myself to finish it- it was that boring. The characters seemed different, SM contradicted herself (all of a sudden vamps can have kids), there was no conflict(Volturi fight!?), and I don't think Renesme should have been a part of the story at all. SM should have stopped at Eclipse and had her choose either, Jacob or Edward. Bella shouldn't of gotten both, thats what made me most mad about the whole series. Bella got EVERYTHING she wanted. The book just sucked, and I hated it.

  12. It was really different from the other ones. The characters didn't really seem the same. Bella and Edward's relationship wasn't really the focal point, as it was in the other books. I hated how desperate Bella acted for s*x. The whole, "J Jenks" thing was totally uneccesary. Renesme, although it was a cute thought, was a really lame name. The whole "demon baby thing almost kills bella, but then turns out to be a lovable angel-thing" was too ridiculous. It bothered me that there was no fight in the end and the Volturi just left, even though there was like 3 chapters of preparing for it. Also, it was a little TOO perfect in the end. Bella got everything she wanted (Edward, Nessie, Jacob, Immortality, a power, contact with charlie) and she had to sacrifice nothing. Also, the whole Jacob imprinting on bella's daughter was such a cop out, and really sick. Besides, why did she have to mention that Nessie's gonna stop growing at 7? That made it worse.

Basically, it was an okay book, but it didn't meet my expectations.

  13. I enjoyed the beginning part about Bella and Edward's honeymoon, I thought it was funny when Bella tried to bribe Edward to make love to her by promising to go to college.  And the part about her pregnancy was quite exciting.

But I really didn't care much for Jacob imprinting on Renesmee, I found that frankly a bit weird after he'd been so in love with Bella, and what with Renesmee being a baby (yes, I know there's not supposed to be anything sexual about it at that stage but still - it's a bit creepy I think).

And Bella is much less interesting once she becomes a vampire and is boringly perfect like all the others.

And I found the ending a huge anti-climax.  There was no fighting, no death, no sacrifice, no nothing.  Everyone just all cosy and living happily ever after.  Very bland.
