Question:

To the people who are on weightwatchers , need help?

im on weightwatchers , i went to subway and ate a 6in chicken fajita , with one slice of there white cheese and light line of mayo , i have looked for points for this and i even tryed to go and just look up the subway nut and do the points myself , i cant find it , anyone know how many points?

  1. You really need to skip the cheese and mayo and keep it at 6 point!

    You can have turkey, ham, turkey and ham, chick breast-

    just add some vinegar and veggies........its YUM

    Throw in Baked Lays and you have a great 7 or 8 pt lunch!


  2. subway is a waste of points..  way too much bread..  pick up the dining out guide at your next meeting..  

    when i was counting points they best places to eat out for fast food were kfc, white castle and taco bell..  i believe it was 10 pts for 2 cheeseburgers and a small fry at white castle..  a bunch of taco bell menu items were 4-5 pts each..  and kfc had a roasted chicken sandwich that was something like 5 pts..  and the corn wasn't bad either..  2-4 pts..  something like that..  buy the guide you won't regret it..

  3. Chicken 2 + Fajita 4 + cheese 4 + mayo 2ish = 12 points

    Hope this helps,  if its more than you think don't worry what's done is done.  Put it behind you and get back to it tomorrow - its all too easy to think you've blown it for the week and not bother to count for the rest of the week!
