To those who have and think they have anxiety disorder.. read this please!!! thanks:)?

do you have a specific problem?? i mean if you're going to a counselor and tell him you're problem, what will you say? will you tell something like a specific happening in your life that triggered the anxiety or you will immediately tell him that you're mind is so confused and you don't understand what's happening to you're life? tell me please.. thankyou.

  1. i was told to practice coping skills and i have. meds will only help you so much so its a  matter of building up your confidence and practicing breathing and conentration skills. i am much much better


  2. With anxiety it may be hard to specify one particular trigger.  It may also be a chemical imbalance.

  3. I went in and said that I've always had anxiety and that it has finally spun so badly out of control that I felt I needed to do something.  Some things I know are triggered, but other stuff has just always been there.

    Sometimes you have much more than one thing going on, and multiple triggers as well as constant background anxiety.
