  1. If you hadnt't at least one manic/hyper episode(emphoric/hyper mood, rapid speech and thinking, feeling on top of the world and unrealistic beliefs in your abilities e.t.c) then you probably suffer from cyclothymia(a condition with regural mood swings and deprsession but not to the level of bipolar).anyway go to see an expert

  2. sounds like hypomania with depression

  3. MAYBE but you may be experiencing normal ups and downs too. And even if they aren't the normal ups and downs of life, it could be a different disorder or even a medical problem, such as a thyroid problem. Ultimately, there's no way for us to tell, so see a doctor.

  4. See a doctor. There are specific criteria for diagnosing mental illnesses, and many possibliites to consider. A doctor is your only option for an accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.  Although, the single day between cycles typically would suggest its not due to bipolar disorder. Rapid cycling like that is not very common among patients with bipolar disorder, except in rare cases, usually after a medication change.
