To those who live in uk pls.?

i have a 10pounds note and i want to know if it is still valid cause my bank told me that it is old. the colour is orange and have a queens face on it. the other side has charles dickens on it and children playing cricket. please can you tell me if it is good?

this note was withdrawn in 2003

but Genuine Bank of England notes that have been withdrawn from circulation retain their face value for all time and can be exchanged at the Bank of England in London.

Notes of this type can be exchanged either by post or in person. If you are sending notes through the post it is recommended that a registered postal service is used.
