sometimes an sane person will seem insane ie. when you are all doped up on drugs from a surgery... my friends aunt was getting chemo for cancer and an hour before we were there, someone brought yellow ballons in the room. but when we arrived she was just asking about the yellow ballons. and we had no idea what she was talking about. until her sister told us. so its not really the fact that they are crazy is just that sometimes the ability to communicate is not there.
