  1. sociology can only help us address to a certain point after that we are on our own, prostitution is a common problem becacuse we let it be a problem.

**** happens because no one does anything about it. prostitution probably is revolving around lack of better parenting and it is filled by the douche bag pimp,  if  the big city mayor ppl

would stop using prostitutes and use say THIER WIVES or gf cause most of them are married, todays culture has allowed prostitution as an ok thing , that its acceptable.. again,, because no one has stopped it, i wouldnt say its a problem, its more towards,,,,,,, an unhealthy choice.. but idk if that made any sense i kinda rambled on but........ oh well

  2. prostitution is the oldest employment in the book. As long as men are alive- breathing- talking- walking, there will be customer service. You understand my words? Poverty, Drug addiction, despair will always be around. Until those things desolve, women will sell what they can to survive- keep their addiction- and pay the rent.

  3. To a great extent as we can have a debate within sociology form all the different factions within our discipline to see if there is indeed a problem and what that might be. Whom it concerns and possible interventions.

The major part of solving any problem is to see it clearly from all angles in a way that reflects society.

Sometimes this is all that is needed for policy makers to act.
