If possible, you may pay SAT online at https://onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/etax... and choose ITNS 280

I deposited in Punjab National Bank and wrote:

PNB Income Tax Account. So based on the bank you are depositing, (name of the bank) Income Tax Account.
