To whom should I report on recent bad experience in peru's hotel?

Hello,

Please advise to whom should I report on recent bad experience in peru's hotel. I stayed at the Cabildo Hotel in Arequipa and it was a four star hotel.

I feel my bad experience should be reported to both Peru travel authorities, as well as USA travel authorities.

Personally, I think people focus too much on the bad things now-a-days. Why not think of a time where you experienced something GOOD... and report that. It's so much more... effective this way. Wouldn't you agree?

Write a review for TripAdvisor, and next time before you book check out reviews on TripAdvisor and on Booking.com (they don't have that hotel, so no use here):

lived in Peru for 8 years.  I would not waste my time trying to report to any organizationin Peru, absolutely nothing will be done to improve the situation.   If however, you wish there are travel police in Peru who will receive your report and then promptly file it in the trash can, but if it makes you feel  better do it.
