To whom we have to get affidavit, If there is any mismatch of names between passport and academic certificate

If there is any difference between the names mentioned in the passport and the academic certificates, an affidavit duly attested and it should be attached with visa processing documents. The Question here is, to whom we have to get the affidavit certificate. If anyone knows about this just share with me please.

you have to talk to a lawyer about this. they are the ones who can issue affidavits in this nature and they can advise you what to do.
