Yes, it's perfect except for the cedilla under C (ç), but i guess your keyboard doesn't do them. Bienvenue is invariable in that sentence.

If you used it as an adjective, then it would have to agree in number and gender, but here it doesn't have to because it's a noun

Yeah, you got it!  Just make sure you use the little squiggle under the c in francais!

ur answer is perfect. except that 'venue' with the 'e' is for women. if that is what u want then it is alright.
