Its hard for me to put them in an order, but here goes.

-When Bellatrix tortures Hermione in Deathly Hallows.

-When Harry uses Sectumsempra on Draco. (its just a terrifyingly surreal moment, no one expected what happened. not me anyways.)

-When harry walks out to the forest, prepared to die. (im not sure if being scared is the right emotion here. i was shocked and holding my breath the whole way.)

-when snape killed dumbledore. (again not sure if fear is the right word. its another one of those speechless moments. i thought about this part for a long time after it happened.)

edit: oh and the scene where harry has detention with umbridge, and she makes him use the quill that cuts into his hand and uses his own blood for ink. that is a worthy mention.

2. At the Malfoy Manor, with Bella , Lucius...when they were waiting for Voldermort to come!

4. In the Grave yard in Goblet of Fire

5. When the trio arrive in Hogsmeade, before the Hogwarts battle, and the cartwalling charm goes off!

6. When the seven potters are in the air, and Voldermort has found Harry, just before they past into the order protection

7. "The Ministry has fallen, Scrimgoeur is dead, they are coming"

I nearly pissed in my pants when this happend!! It was the signalling of the start of action within the book!
