will it boost my weight loss? Will it boost inches lost? Or would I just make myself hotter and sweatier?

and also, would a regular girdle work or should I go buy one of those thermal things?

  1. Actually, you would probably be better off without it. Constriction may help hold the muscles in place, but that also tends to make the muscles work less. Instead, concentrate on holding your abdominal muscles in as you use the treadmill.

All the thermal girdles do is make you sweat. All you are losing is water weight. What you want to do instead is get your heart rate up and burn more calories than you eat.
