Question

I'm planning to open my own toasted sandwich cafe soon and am going to focus on variety of ingrediants

... so can you please list me what ingrediants you would like to see me stock - both 'must-have's and 'something different' ones too!?

roasted red peppers with avocado

vegan sausages with ketchup, mustard and fried onions - nice untoasted in finger rolls

Bacon & Mushroom is my personal favourite! No I mean tuna and cheese. No I mean Cheese and ham, ooh i love them all!!! Mmmm! Tell me where and when and I will be there!!

I'd recommend looking into panini presses and recipes. Try classic stuff like ham and cheese but also try stuff like chicken or turkey, tomato, and mozzarella.

Cheese, Tomato and thinly sliced onion.

Egg dropped into a hollow in bottom slice of bread, then into sandwich toaster, can add cooked bacon as well.

Egg salad sandwich, but make it your self not store bought stuff. Egg smashed up with mustard, chopped up pickles and miracle whip. Mix that all together. Have lettuce on the sandwich also but don't use just reg bread use something fun.
