Did anyone who are the TODAY'S ESCAPES's member?

I used to be a member, but when I find out this club charge me $19.95 each month, I cancel my membership on it's website. After one month, I find out it still charge me money. SO, what can I do to stop this? I talk to the bank, and she said I need to go to web and cancel my membership, and I did! And now, the problem is , I had cancel my membership. When I log in on the website, it said I'm not a member, and not allow me to log in. What Can I do?

You can call or write them about the problem.  Keep a record of your telephone call - date, time, the number called and who you talked to and what was said.  If you send regular mail to them, make a copy of your letter before you mail it.  Also send it Registered - Return Receipt Requested. This will cost you a couple of dollars at the post office to do that but it will be proof that you did mail it to them.
