WAAAYY to much!!!!

1 Piece of bacon

Half a sliced egg

1 Slice of bread

Some chips

And A Chop suey roll

Is there a way I can burn it off IN MY HOUSE cause its raining outside nd I dnt wanna go out

  1. hey calm down u didnt pig out at all but too burn it off u can make ur bed (including changing the sheets) this actually burns quite a lot i read it somewhere... or just go on youtube and do eight minute arms or legs or abs or whatever for a while... or take an umbrella and go for a walk!


  2. i think you should try to eat for breakfast:

    smart cereal, with slices of strawberries and some orange juice.

    or... eggs with toast, and a muffin with milk.

    try small portions,

    with healthy food.

    and try exercising alot.

    try buying some fitness machines,

    and put them in your home so you can work out a little

    and you dont have to go outside

    but remember:

    eating is most important,

    exercise changes about... 40% of your body

    the other 50% can be changed by food!

  3. That really isn't that much! I eat waaaay more than that and I'm a size 3. Like the girl who answered before me, I guess I'm just lucky.

    ANYWAYS,

    if you want to excerize inside you should start with small stretches.

    Then run in place for about 10-20 minutes.

    If you have stairs, step up onto a step of two and then step down; repeat this.

    You can also lie flat on your back on your bed or something and do crunches. Those work very well for burning fat on the tummy area.

  4. Thats hardly anything, man. I eat a whole lot more :] And I'm still a size 8, I consider myself lucky XD I guess you could like, run up and down your stairs a couple of times. Unless you live a bungalow, then you're stuffed.  

  5. you could do sit ups, jog on the spot, or run up and down your stairs if you feel like you should exercise.

    to be perfectly honest, though, that doesn't seem like a lot to eat.
