Question:

Today I binged really bad on my diet, but it was on healthy stuff will I gain a lot of weight?

I wasnt susposto eat anything today, but after a whole day of eating nothing and very little the previous day (I wasnt on a diet yesterday, I was just at an amustment park all day :]), I couldnt take it. Im gonna start the diet again tomorrow, but I was just wondering if today Im gonna gain alotta weight?

I ate:

1 medium green apple

2 cups watermelon

1/4 walnuts.

  1. The "diet" you are on now is VERY unhealthy. When you don't eat your metabolism slows down. You're doing your body more harm than good. Eat healthy EVERYDAY don't just stop eating all together.


  2. are u anorexic this is dangerous...u ate today 200cals maybe 250...try 2000calories  girl go get some real food a nice steak potatoes and veges...this diet isnt a diet it's starving urself and ull end up in the hospital ur gonna lose so much weight and hurt urself ur organs will fail and ull die if u do this too long....and im not kidding

  4. You should NEVER go without eating, that is what keeps weight on you! What you want to do is keep fruits and vegetables in your diet and you can eat that stuff all day everday and lose more weight than if you eat nothing. A little backwards, i know but true

  5. I honestly think that a good diet would be snacking like that everyday and exercising to lose weight... you will actually gain weight if you starve for a day and start eating again.

    What you ate for that day was a a total of only about 620 calories! Eating like that and starving yourself is considered an anorexic diet.
