Today I received an e-mail saying that I won a Target gitf card. Is it a scam? Is it safe?

The e-mail had a link to go to and it asks me to put in my mailing adress. I don't know if to trust it though. The link is this:

  1. Don't bother... Its a scam... eventually they will send up to a page that says in order to receive your free gift card you have to sign up for 4 credit cards... Then they will send your email or street address to other companies... its called co-reg.

  4. Anything you received via email or online saying that you won something is a scam if you haven't register for it.
