Today I was in my car and rolled into another car and they rolled into someone else.?

The car way at the front had no damage so he was fine. I had a little but just a scratch on my bumper. But the car that I originally hit had nothing from me but a little hole where the front cars hitch hit the bumper. We were in a busy inter section and in the turning lane. I asked the person to pull along the curb after the corner so that I could give her my info. But she went straight and i turned like i had said. I looked back and saw she had parked on the straight side. So I went back around the block so i could meet up with her and she was gone. What should I do? I don't have her plate number and I don't think that she has mine. I feel aweful about this, i called the police but there was no report issued. do i just keep checking with the police to see if a report is issued?

That is all you can do and at the same time get any information that you can from any and all witnesses...

Just keep checking back with the police,   if she reports the incident they will know you have tried also.
