Today at my job?realbad?

a lady came in and started yelling..causing trouble.....i was shaking &nearly panicked! at the same time a lady with a swollen face came & i freaked out...is it my anixety?

i thought i was the only one who had this problem lol. sometimes in bad situations i get shaky and a lil freaked out im not sure what it is. for example @ work i was in the middle of 2 of my co-workers fighting and i got a lil shaky. or if i see something freaky happen again i get shaky. im not sure what it is tho
