Today i ate 3 sausages, 7 whine gums. How much fat is that?

Recently i've been trying to not eat, but my mam was getting at me for not eating. Also i felt sick and had a bad head. so i had half a sausage. then i had half the other half and gave the rest to the cat. Then i had 2 more. And 7 whine gums. Will i put on loads of weight?

  2. That is not enough food for a whole day!

  3. Firstly you spelt wine gums wrong and thats hardly anything. You'll have burnt of that fat in about half a day! Eating less will make you fatter! When you eat make sure that if you want to stay slim you eat a balanced diet with lots of fiber which can be found in cereal. It will help you digest the food faster getting it out of your body!

  4. It's the doc for you darling and don't leave it to long before your eating disorder becomes a real problem.

    Apart from which, if you don't want fat then at least eat some non fat things in the meantime like salads etc until you get to the doc. You may not know it but you really are sick darling and need to do something about it. Good luck

  6. Eat a well balanced diet. The one you mentioned above...isn't.

  7. Jeez eat a balanced died of about 1800-2200 calories? Exercise and stay away from carbs/sugars/fatty etc foods late in the evening.

    Btw eating nothing like you are will prob  make you increase fat and lose muscle only... I'm no health expert but I am a boxer and I am very fit.. you need to eat a balanced died for your metabolism to burn off your fat when you exercise.

  8. The very fact that in your own words: "I've been trying not to eat" and "I felt sick and had a bad head" should be sufficient to tell you that what you are doing is wrong. Eat some REAL food like other people. Three sausages are alright for a man to eat provided that they are served with a couple of eggs, some bacon, beans and mushrooms, not to mention the old fried bread - but that's only once a week. All the other meals shouls be  varied and enjoyable AND SENSIBLE.

    Then when you've got that sorted, look at the packet of gums and see how they spell WINE on the label.
