Today i had a double shot espresso... soo...?

Not exactly. If you had a double shot espresso and you running around jumping off the walls, that's probably why. When I do that and I stop for a moment, my head is throbbing.

actually caffeine usually helps with headaches!

A double shot expresso has lots of caffeine (unless you had a decaf one). Some people do have headaches with caffeine. I am one of them, so I tend to avoid things like double shot expresso.

yes....dont worry about your headache it can just be a migrane that you can get from caffeine if you start to feel faint hurry and find ice to put on your forehead...hope i helped.

yes but stress also. Depends on the person sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't.
