Today i received a ups mail enclosed was safeway moneygrams of a total approx.3600.00 . is this real?

Take  them   to  Safeway  and  ask .

Who  signed  them  ?

Money  orders  bought  from  stores  have  the  signature  of  the person   who  bought  it .

Does  someone  owe  you  $$$$ ?

If this happened to me I would take them back to UPS and tell UPS that they weren't meant for you and return them to the sender.  I'd bet long odds that these moneygrams are counterfeit.  They were sent through UPS rather than regular mail to aviod federal charges for mail fraud.  You just don't want to get mixed up in it.
