a drop accidnetly ricochayd off the seat in my eye. will i become blind?

Uh, it might burn because of the salts, but no you will not become blind. Urine, unless you have an infection or parasite in your kidney, bladder, or urethra, is sterile. Rinsing your eye out should have relieved any discomfort. If you are worried you have and infection or parasite, contact your health care professional. This is only if you have kidney pain similar to stones, difficulty urinating, blood in urine, brown or cloudy urine, or breaks while you're urinating (it will stop coming out then restart without effort).

No.  This is a ridiculous question.  In fact, urine is the only sterile body fluid.  It starts to grow bacteria ONLY after it leaves the human body.

It's not poison... it'll just make your eyes feel uncomfortable and dirty. Briefly rinse your eyes under the tap and quit acting silly.
