How do you spend it?

You are in the perfect health and money is no object. Don't think too much about logistics with time, that isn't really the point.

I would spend it with my gf and God

because without God there is no life

I would be partying if I knew it was the last day of my life, but the problem is...according to reality...eveyday is the last day of your life until you die because you don't know the future and only can live in the present.  So, I am living it right now and what I'd be doing is telling you to live your life as if it it were the very last day.

I would gather all my friends and family and head for the beach. Sit with my toes in the sand watching the sunset, have a beer with my "girls", cuddle with my mom and play a game of tag with my little sister. Have one last coversation with my dad, a wrestling match with my big brother and confess my love to someone I should have told a long time ago. No better way to die than surrounded by people you love in a place that you love.

I'd end it peaceful. I'd have a big braai with all my friends and family! Enjoy the sunset, music and love around me!

There is nothing on earth that is more important than my family and friends! Saying good bye this way would make my journey to wherever I am destined to be all that more tranquil.

I would watch Dragon Ball Z all day.

I would go to guitar center and start playing some random song on a really expensive guitar with a really expensive amp. Then at the end of that song I would yell "Thank you (where ever I'm at)" and smash the guitar into the amp and break everything else around it. Then I would run like heck. That sounds really fun to me.

i would travel, i would want to see all the places on earth that i never got to experiance, the great wall, the taj mahal, london. tokyo, paris, etc.

or i might spend it wiht my friends and family while doing so

Just like yesterday and the day before that, life is a gift everyday and my last would be no different.

take tons of pictures with my family make a video with them  and pray that it doesn't have to end.
