Today my 2 female parakeets were kissing why?

Check again.You{ll know their real gender when their a year old.

They cold easily just be grooming themselves, doing friend stuff.

play with them juts a little more often.

This is normal behavior.  They are not really kissing, if you watch when this happens one has most likely just left the feed dish and is feeding the other it is their way of caring for each other.

you need to try playing with them a little they are most likely looking for love and if they can't get it from u they say hey I'll get it from my other parakeet!!!!
