  1. For a first time, it's not that bad.

  2. No, its not extremely bad, but it is definatly not good. The only thing you can do to really effect your time is practice. Dont worry you can probably cut that time in half or more with time and practice.

  3. I ran a minute mile when i was   yeah its bad

  4. I have seen worse. 20 min. mile in my class.

  5. idk your age but if you are a teen or 20 to 30 yrs old, and you finished exahusted its extremly bad, if you are like above 40 then its not extremly bad buts no good....

  6. That is very bad, you need too get in shape, comon running hurts, what you stop when you hurt just a little.

very very bad, can be improved 5 mins in one day it's so dang bad.

  7. Well it isn't that good and if you want to get your time down, you have to train.

  8. It's bad, I'm guessing you walk most of it?

  9. i'm sorry, but it is. The normal for a guy is7 or 8 minutes and normal for a girl is 9 minutes, but if u strive, then you could get down to like maybe 9 minutes in a year or so, but even a mminute n running is BIG, so keep it up and eat light before you run and keep a steady pace and sprint the last quarter mile if you can!

  10. I'm assuming you're at least 13 (you have to to be on Y!A)  and that you're not old since this is the first mile you've run.

I'm thirteen, and I ran the mile when I was 10 and got 8:26. Right now I run the mile in about 7:30 (I'm going to run it tomorrow for PE-do you think I can get it down to six? Look at my question...

The average time is about 8 minutes. For a first timer, I'd say abotu 10 minutes is good. Your time is the time I'd expect out of a couch potato, but I'll cut you some slack since it was your first time.

This is about 2 minutes below average. If you want to do better, train harder!

  11. no veronica a average mile is 16 min u actually did good

  12. I'm gonna say its not lovely.

  13. yes, that is extremely bad. you don't have to be a trackstar to get way better than that. wow. we had to run the mile in JROTC on friday and some people WALKED a 14 minute mile, good grief.

WHAT ON EARTH are you doing to be going so slow? Are you even jogging?
