  1. Oh, sad. You could make fun of yourself before they get the chance to, but I don't know.

  2. move schools

  3. oh my gosh! i feel so sorry for you. i would hate if that happened to me. but one of my first weeks in high school (long time ago) i fell down the stairs and broke my leg. i just tripped. over nothing. but it wasn't a big deal. you just get over it. and if people make fun of you, make fun of yourself, so people know you don't take yourself too seriously. you'll be one cool chick in no time.

  4. this guy I know did it once too, got ripped for about a week but totally reinvented himself and now every1 forgot, just make  an impression for been someone different  to who you were then, you should be fine, but next time use the bog

  5. Put it behind you and get present.  Those what might remind you and laugh will get bored pretty quick if you ignore it.  The key is making it past and being totally present now.  Don't even talk about it.  Let it Goooooooooo.  :)

  6. Everyone WILL forget. Just be a happy, bright person- make sure you don't smell or do anything that calls attention to your personal hygiene so that people will have that image in mind. Believe me, peeing yourself is not enough to make people remember you like that. Just don't do it continuously.

For the first few days, you WILL get people whispering about it and making fun of you, but just ignore it and don't give up.

Lastly, know that it isn't that bad. People might say it's so bad that it happened but it's really not. Different people react in different ways; so what, you lost control of a muscle and urine came out. You weren't lazy or stupid, it just happened because you were nervous; don't blame yourself. In future, just make you do kegel exercises for bladder strengthening and just think to yourself; how bad can something be? School wasn't that bad, so don't be nervous. Always put things like that in perspective. And finally, you'll never see those people again in three or four years, so who cares?

IT'S not a big deal- don't blame yourself, don't think about it, just smell the roses.

  7. don't take it too seriously.  you peed your pants, that's all.  laugh about it.  say things like "i'm so hot, i peed in my pants to cool down".  i know if i had my eye on you, then saw that something like this didn't bother you, i'd be impressed and more likely to ask you out.
