Todd Carty from Eastenders/The Bill collapses on stage and is taken to hospital?

Is the news reporting anything else on this. It was breaking news about 35 minutes ago on BBC News 24 and now nothing.....

Yeah, he should never have had anything to do with that scottish lass with aids in east enders.

He has obviously developed the full blown symptoms.

Yes he did my husband and I thought that it was part of the performance at first as it happened when he found out that his wife had been killed in the play, he was coughing when the bag of meat was thrown across the stage by the other actor (Aaron Bixley).   The staff at the theater did not respond very fast after the actress Sally Ann Matthews called for a first aid person.  The show was brill and I just wish we could find out the ending.  Glad to read that Todd is okay though.

I still remember him as being Tucker in Grange Hill, hope he is ok as I liked his character in Grange Hill and Eastenders. In interviews Todd Carty always came across as a down to earth guy.

According to his agent he has been suffering from a nasty ear infection. Which has got worse.
